Billing FAQ
How do I cancel my subscription? ▾
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions, find Pinnacle Numerology, and tap Cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
My purchase isn't showing up in the app. ▾
Open the app → go to Shop → tap "Restore Purchases." If the issue persists, ensure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase, then contact us with your order number.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID to request a refund. We cannot issue refunds directly, but we're happy to troubleshoot any issues first.
Will my reports be saved if I delete the app? ▾
Yes. All purchased reports are saved to your account on our servers. Reinstall the app, sign in, and tap Restore Purchases—your reports will reappear.
I was charged but the report didn't generate. ▾
This can happen with poor connectivity. Close and reopen the app. If your report still isn't showing within 10 minutes, email us with your Apple Order ID and we'll resolve it immediately.

Numerology Inputs: Birth date and name you provide to generate your numerology profile.
Purchase Information: Transaction identifiers processed through Apple's StoreKit. We do not store full payment card details.
Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the product.
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for support purposes.

3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your personal data is restricted by user ID—only you can read your reports and profile.

Apple StoreKit 2: In-app purchase processing
Apple Sign In: Optional account authentication

5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@pinnaclenumerology.com.
6. Children's Privacy
Pinnacle Numerology is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

By downloading or using Pinnacle Numerology ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the App
Pinnacle Numerology is a personal guidance tool intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. The numerological insights provided are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's payment terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
One-time report purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy.
Purchased reports are tied to your account and accessible after reinstallation via Restore Purchases.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the App—including report text, algorithms, design, and branding—is the property of Pinnacle Numerology. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
5. Prohibited Use
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the App's algorithms
Using the App to harass, harm, or deceive others
Creating automated queries or scraping content
Reselling or redistributing generated reports
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of numerological content. Results are based on established numerological frameworks and are intended for personal reflection only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Numerology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
